I’m new to The Pampered Pet, how does your grooming process work?
On your initial visit, we’ll start with a friendly chat in our reception area to acquaint ourselves with you and your dog. This step is essential for grasping your dog’s grooming requirements and considering any specific details or past experiences. You’ll be requested to complete a brief form to ensure we have all pertinent information on record. Once your dog is checked in, we’ll escort them to our grooming area. You’ll receive an estimated pick-up time and a call prior to your dog being ready, eliminating the need for you to wait. We’re excited to meet both you and your furry friend!
How often should my dog be groomed?
Your dog’s grooming schedule can vary depending on factors like breed, coat length, weight, grooming needs, and preferred style. For instance, a Golden Retriever with a dense coat usually requires grooming every 6 – 8 weeks. If you opt for a longer coat, interim baths are available between grooming sessions. Upon check-in, we’ll meticulously evaluate your dog, taking into account their lifestyle, and suggest a personalized grooming regimen that suits their needs perfectly.

How much does it cost for my pet to be groomed?
Our pricing is determined by several factors, such as breed, coat condition, age, and specific grooming needs.
